Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
By purchasing tickets, patrons understand and agree that the City of Greenville assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for sickness, death, injuries, property loss or damage incurred through participation or while traveling to or from our events. They agree to assume all risks of any injury to the person who attends our events using their tickets. By purchasing, patrons indicate that they understand the risk in this activity and understand that the City of Greenville, Greenville Area Community Center and Recreation Department, their agents, volunteers, representatives, and employees assume no responsibility of safety to persons or their property and make no representation, expressed or implied regardless the adequacy of safety of this program. They grant permission to all of the forgoing to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings or record of this event for legitimate purpose.
To allow parents to make informed decisions about our theatrical productions, we include a rating and disclose any specific content information. We use the Movie Picture Association film rating system, but these are NOT official ratings. GARCC staff compares content for each production against these guidelines because they are familiar to the general public. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Greenville Area Recreation & Community Center).
